Institution Action Plan

An Action Plan is a road-map of the institution bench marking the growth and development strategies.

At the beginning of every academic  year all the Departments prepare their action plan for the year and submit  the same to the IQAC  Co-ordinator. The Department Action Plan incorporates both the short term and long term plan of the Department  taking into account the changing needs of  the student community, corporate requirements, value addition programs and the vision and mission of the institution.

The Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator and the senior faculty members together consider action plans framed by various departments and formulate the Action Plan of the institution. The final Action Plan is then placed before the Local Governing Body for its approval. Once the approval is given the Action Plan comes into force for the academic year.
