Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of K.L.E. Society's JAGADGURU GANGADHAR COLLEGE OF COMMERCE, Hubli-58002 1, Dist. Dharwad, Karnataka, India, Website : https: / / www.klesjgcc.edu.in Our college is approved by UGC, recognized by Government of Karnataka and Affiliated to Karnatak University, Dharwad. The college has a Governing Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Karnataka Universities Act 2O2O.It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Government from time to time. The College comes under "Grant-in-Aid” category; hence, financial transactions are audited by the private auditors and Government Auditors as well. The college has different Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the in the campus. Ail the cells and committees of the institution are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft of Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of Principal, J G College of Commerce, and Hubli. This application may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his/her office.
